Workshop Series

Workshops provide a time-tested and effective method for providing instruction in specific writing skills and processes to a large croup of faculty and staff. In fact, unlike a class or a tutorial model of instruction, the workshops can be run with virtually any number of participants. What's more, attendees get to pick and choose from the workshops offered in an effort to satisfy whatever particular writing needs they might have. This method of instruction, especially in conjunction with a program of tutorial instruction in writing, will give individuals an opportunity to receive reinforcement of the most critical principles involved in writing for publication and funding.

Consultation Services

The goal of this service is to make a writing consultant available in the Brody Building to run individual tutorial sessions with faculty from the School of Medicine in an effort to help them with writing articles and grant proposals.

Individual tutorial sessions covering all matters related to writing articles, grant proposals, case reports and curriculum vita can be arranged.
