Research Intention:
To achieve excellence in scientific inquiry to positively impact health and our environment.
This will be accomplished by:

- Communicating and applying scientific knowledge to targeted populations.
- Creating positive change to improve health through assessment of interventions and outcomes.
Service Intention:
To engage in work that benefits the university, community, and profession.
This will be accomplished by:
- Providing leadership that facilitates community engagement;
- Contributing to the advancement of the institution and the profession;
- Building relationships that foster collaboration and growth opportunities
