Developed in 2011 as an interim regulation, superseding provisions in formerly published in Appendix F of the Faculty Manual. This Interim regulation was approved by the Chancellor September 7, 2011, to be effective immediately. REPEALED effective May 2012 with adoption of revisions to the Faculty Manual, Part II, Section I.
