About East Carolina University's flagship performing arts series...
The S. Rudolph Alexander Performing Arts Series began in 1962, when Rudy Alexander programmed four attractions in the student center. Since then, the series has offered over 350 world-class performances, serving over a half-million in our audiences. From headlining masters—Yo-Yo Ma, PDQ Bach, Segovia and the London Philharmonic Orchestra—to rising stars, the series brings the biggest and brightest names in the industry to the region. Our performances are held at 7:30 p.m. in the historic Wright Auditorium in the center of East Carolina University’s campus. Packages, memberships and shuttle passes are available. Please call our Central Ticket Office for more information.
