ACE provides a full-service, on-campus hardware, software and troubleshooting support center for all currently-enrolled ECU students. No appointment is necessary; walk-in service is available at both campus locations.
ACE also offers full hardware support for both Lenovo and Apple computers still covered under manufacturer warranty.

Students need key information when purchasing a computer for college, and ACE Student Computer Support Center is here to help.
We first work with academic departments to identify any computer specifications required by programs and majors. Next, we negotiate affordable pricing with vendors.
While it is not required that students purchase a computer through ECU's program, Dowdy Student Stores does offer online purchase of laptop or desktop computers specifically designed to meet program requirements.
Many required software programs are also available at Dowdy Student Stores, several with educational discounts.
Free Software for ECU Students
ECU provides free Microsoft software and free Symantec AntiVirus software for current students. Visit the links below to download the software (Valid ECU PirateID and Passphrase are required to login)
