ATTENTION:  Due to capacity enrollment in the Fall 2009 Term, available space in the upcoming Spring 2010 Semester is very limited.  Admission to ECU for the Spring 2010 term will continue to be more selective and competitive than in previous years.

Remaining space for the Spring 2010 term will be awarded to the most academically qualified applicants on first-come, first-served basis. It is anticipated that remaining spaces available in the Spring 2010 term will be exhausted prior to the application deadline of November 1, 2009. Therefore, prospective students who are interested in the Spring 2010 term are encouraged to apply for the Summer 2010 term.

Mission Statement

It is the mission of the Office of Undergraduate Admissions to provide competent, courteous, respectful and efficient professional service to prospective students and their families as they navigate through the inquiry, application, decision and enrollment  process at East Carolina University. We are committed to ensuring that our students receive the equity and access required to achieve academic goals.
