Do you ever wonder why people do the things they do? For example, what motivates us to spend our money vs. save our money? Or, why do we live where we live and think the way we think? What makes us more likely to vote one way or the other? How has the past affected the present? What is it about our individual and shared experiences that impacts what we do in the future? If you've ever asked these questions or questions like them, we'd love to meet you. The faculty from our Economics, Geography, History, Philosophy, and Political Science Departments invite you to attend our Admitted Student Friday on February 2. You can attend a department information session in the morning and a second one in the afternoon. You'll have the opportunity to talk with professors and current ECU students to learn more about the classes you'll take, the internships and career opportunities available, and how we explore these and other questions at ECU. The program will begin at 11:00 a.m. (check-in begins at 10:30 a.m.) and will conclude around 3:00 p.m. Click here to register.
