Financial Support Virtually all aspects of the Field Station Program require infusion of private funds to make the program viable. State funds for such off-campus programs are limited and need public support in order to continue. Donors have given support in the form of cash contributions for programing needs, or material goods such as boats and vehicles for field and research programs.
