The College of Business Center for Student Success serves as a one-stop-shop, assisting business students before they arrive, during their academic years, and after they graduate.

Career Services provides personalized attention to business students, coaching them and providing support as they prepare for a career beyond ECU. They help match talented students with high quality internships and full-time jobs.

All incoming undergraduate COB students participate in the Leadership and Professional Development Program.  Each student's NET Works consists of an Academic Advisor, Communication Coach, Leadership Coach, Career Coach, Peer Mentor, and professional connections in ProNet, COB's professional network of business experts.
