The Executive Director, Facilities Services, is responsible for overall activities of the Main Campus. This unit consists of the following Departments:
- Building Maintenance Department
- Building Trades
- Automotive Services
- Key/Lock Shop
- Grounds Department
- Main Campus Grounds
- Health Sciences Campus Grounds
- Refuse removal
- Moving Services and Recycling
- Utilities Department
- Main Campus Steam Plant

The Director, Facilities Maintenance, is responsible for overall maintenance activities of Health Sciences Campus. Responsibilities include:

The Director, Housekeeping Services, is responsible for the general cleaning of all University buildings including:
- Main Campus
- Health Sciences Campus
- Residence halls
- Other auxiliaries excluding Mendenhall Student Center and Dining Service areas
- Special Events
- Pest Control
The Director, Facilities Engineering and Architectural Services, is responsible for:
- Utilities Master Planning
- New Construction
- Major Renovations
- Capital Budget
- Repair and Renovation Program
The Manager, Risk Management, is responsible for:
- Liability Insurance
- Real Property Insurance
