Those departments which use the Pitt County Memorial Hospital system must place requests through the Hospital Business Office.
All requests for off-campus telephone services, except for departments on the PCMH system, must follow the same procedures as campus departments.
Student Organizations whose funds are controlled by the Student Fund Accounting Office and who are using the campus system must request service, with proper approval, in the same manner as a campus department.
