At the NSO, you can check out loaner keys if locked out of your room, borrow vacuum cleaners, and pick-up UPS/FedEx/other non-postal packages.

There are two Neighborhood Service Offices.  There is an NSO for the College Hill Neighborhood located in Aycock, and an NSO for both the Central Neighborhood and West Neighborhood located in Fletcher.

The NSO is open 7 days per week.
