Vendors will be responsible to make their own shipping arrangements -
they will need to call their shipper (ups, UHL, etc...) Once packed and
ready it can go to the loading dock for pickup - needs to be picked up
by end of day Wednesday.
TUESDAY LUNCH
Due to the unprecedented number of registrants, we would like
to offer you a box lunch at your booth on us! If you will please let
Gloria Schwartz (schwartzg@ecu.edu) know how many lunches and if there
are any special dietary needs, we'll take care of the rest.
Also, if you will please let us know if you are planning on attending
the Monday or Tuesday evening events, we would certainly appreciate it!

Breakdown: It is imperative that booth breakdown be completed
