As you may know, “The Leadership University” is one of the five strategic directions in East Carolina’s strategic plan. The goal of the Leadership Academy is to foster interest in leadership among the faculty and staff and help these individuals prepare for leadership roles. I encourage you to pursue your interest in this initiative and take advantage of the opportunities it offers.
