The College of Human Ecology (CHE) Student Advising Center is the first stop for students planning to major in one of the ten undergraduate programs offered in the College. Graduate students should consult with the appropriate faculty regarding graduate programs, course, and schedules. Students are advised by a professional advisor in the Student Advising Center regarding curriculum and schedules (students should consult faculty about internships and careers). As rising seniors, students apply for graduation and prepare a senior summary with the Director of the Student Advising Center to assure that all requirements are met for graduation.
Advising is an interactive process involving students, advisors, faculty, and administrators. The professional advisors in the CHE Student Advising Center guide the student toward appropriate decisions that will help them achieve academic and career goals.
