| Recent expansion of the hotel, restaurant, and tourism industries has produced tremendous management opportunities for well-qualified men and women, and employment demand reports indicate that the number of jobs in the hospitality management field will continue to increase. Starting salaries are competitive, with better paying jobs going to graduates who have both academic preparation and professional experience. With experience, the potential for advancement to middle- and upper-level management positions is excellent.
