Dr. Alleah Crawford
Assistant Professor, Hospitality Management
Hospitality Management Professor Dr. Alleah Crawford is a recent addition to the hospitality faculty in the college. Arriving in the fall of 2008, she has already taught a wide-array of classes such as Introduction to Hospitality Management, Lodging, and Convention Sales and Service. Her research interests include areas such as employee well-being and organizational culture. She has received many academic and industry accolades such as the Spirit of Pride award from Hilton Hotels.
A native of Georgia, Dr. Crawford received her Ph.D. from Auburn University and is still an avid Auburn University Football fan. The dedicated mother of one (and another on the way) enjoys reading and yoga in her spare time. Dr. Crawford is currently teaching the Disney Internship for international students outside of the U.S.
