Hospitality Management: Food and Beverage Concentration |

The food and beverage industry is one of the largest industries in the country. Careers in the food and beverage industry abound at all levels of service. Quick service, family restaurants, fine dining, contract food service etc... are all options for students that want to work in the front and or back of the house. Our students are regularly recruited by such leading companies as ARAMARK, Red Lobster and other Darden restaurants. Careers can start in the kitchen and or dining room and or beverage area.

The BS in Hospitality Management with a Concentration in Food and Beverage is taught in a traditional face to face environment and via Distance Education as a degree completion program.

Must complete HMGT 1350 with a grade of C or better. Once admitted to the program students must have a C or better in all HMGT classes and maintain an overall GPA of 2.0. |
| |
Other Requirements: |
| |
All Hospitality Management majors must complete an externship (after sophomore year) and an internship (prior to senoir year). |
