The lodging industry is a world wide career opportunity. Lodging operations ranging from Bed and Breakfast Inns and entrepreneurship opportunities to positions with corporate giants like Marriott, Hilton, Starwood and others. Career opportunities exist on the corporate side and the franchisee side of the business. Careers can start at the front desk, in sales, or back of the house in housekeeping and maintenance.

The BS in Hospitality Management with a Concentration in Hotel and Lodging is taught in a traditional face to face environment and via Distance Education as a degree completion program.

Must complete HMGT 1350 with a grade of C or better. Once admitted to the program students must have a C or better in all HMGT classes and maintain an overall GPA of 2.0. |

Other Requirements: |
| |
All Hospitality Management majors must complete an externship (after sophomore year) and an internship (prior to senoir year). |
