Undergraduate Programs - The Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management offers three concentrations Conventions and Special Events, Food and Beverage, and Lodging. All three of these concentrations are offered online through the Distance Education program as well. |

Minors - Students are able to obtain a Minor in Hospitality Management by taking eleven undergraduate courses which will enhance their learning in route to receiving their undergraduate degree. |
