Courses Taught:
I teach the classes related to the dietetic internship supervised practice in clinical, community, foodservice management, staff relief. I also teach graduate courses in Nutrition Care Process and Management in Dietetics.

Research and Personal Interests:
As author of two textbooks, I enjoy research related to medical nutrition therapy.  I also enjoy career planning and leadership. Personally, I enjoy cooking, swimming, travel and photography.

BS in Nutrition Education, MA in Adult-Community Education - Indiana University of Pensylvania
