Undergraduate Programs -The Department of Nutrition and Dietetics offers a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition and Dietetics that is an accredited Didactic Program in Dietetics (DPD). This degree prepares students for the post-graduate supervised practice or dietetic internship. |

Graduate Programs - The Master of Science degree in Nutrition provides for advanced academic training in Nutrition Sciences. Students earning a Master of Science in Nutrition will meet a variety of course requirements and complete a research project to earn this degree. |

Minors - A Nutrition Minor is also available. A Nutrition Minor will not qualify a student to apply for a dietetic internship program or to practice as a registered dietitian (RD). |

Dietetic Internship - This is a program that qualifies graduates for the Registration Examination for Dietitians. Successful completion of the examination qualifies students to be licensed as dietitians in North Carolina and other states. Click here for more information. |
