If you have any artistic creativity, here is a chance to show it off! The College of Human Ecology is holding an art contest to create a CHE t-shirt design. Included somewhere in the design (possibly a graphical design for the back of the t-shirt) should be the list of all five departments (Child Development & Family Relations, Criminal Justice, Hospitality Management, Interior Design & Merchandising, Nutrition & Dietetics) and one school (Social Work) that comprise the College of Human Ecology. The winning design and artist will be noted on the CHE website and on the flat screen TVs throughout CHE and publicized through press releases and in the CHE monthly e-bulletin. The deadline for artistic renderings are due by January 12 and will be judged by the members of the Dean’s Student Council and select CHE faculty.
Official university marks (including PeeDee the Pirate) may be included in the design but are not to be modified or altered in any way. Please refer to the university identity standards and the licensing Web site for more information regarding policies and procedures governing the use of official university marks. Designs must be consistent with these policies and standards. The selected design will be submitted to logoreview@ecu.edu for review and approval prior to production by a licensed vendor of the university.
Artistic renderings should be in black and white and no larger than a 11X14 page; graphics for the back may be included on a separate page. A submission form and copyright waiver must be included with your design submission; these forms may be downloaded by clicking the link below.. |
