Fall 2011
Faculty are encouraged to participate in the University Commencement Ceremony to be held on Friday, May 4, 2012 in Dowdy-Ficklen Stadium.
- Faculty who wish to participate in the ceremony are asked to RSVP through the Commencement main page. Once you have made a reservation you will receive a confirmation screen that also serves as your reserved parking permit for the ceremony. Please be sure to print that confirmation/parking permit screen.
- Reserved parking will be located off of Berkeley Road by the Pirate Club and Ward Sports Medicine Building for the faculty and platform party.
- Faculty are required to be in academic regalia to participate in the commencement ceremony. Regalia can be rented from Dowdy Student Stores no later than (date to be determined). Orders placed after the deadline will include an additional $25.00 processing fee.
- Please be sure to arrive by no later than 8:30 a.m. The area for robing and line-up is Harvey Hall in the Murphy Center.
