The Army Green to Gold (G2G) program is designed to offer Enlisted Soldiers in the Army the opportunity to earn a commission as an Army Officer. This program offers enlisted Soldiers two unique ways to earn a baccalaureate degree:
G2G Scholarship Option — For Soldiers who are considering leaving active duty to attend college.
G2G Active Duty Option — For Soldiers who want to remain on active duty and attend college.
The best place to learn all of the details on the G2G program is to visit http://www.goarmy.com/rotc/ This official Army site describes the different kinds of G2G programs, the eligibility requirements, the benefits, and the application procedures.
There are three things that you will need from either ECU or our ROTC department to complete your G2G packet:
We currently have two G2G scholarship Cadets in our program and several other prior service Cadets. This is a great time to pursue G2G as selection rates for them have been very high.
