Army ROTC Nursing Scholarship

ECU has one of the best Nursing Schools on the East Coast. Several nurse scholarships are available for qualified ECU ROTC students. As a Nursing Cadet, you will enjoy university incentives and scholarship benefits such as:

We receive five slots annually for our nursing Cadets into the Advanced Nursing Program as long as they maintain a cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher.
Nursing Scholarships provide book allowances and compensates students for class required materials.
Attend the Nurse Summer Training Program (NSTP) at a select Army hospital shadowing an Army Nurse Corps Officer receiving clinical training. - Pirate Battalion Nursing Cadets have attended NSTP in Hawaii, overseas, and stateside posts.

We have 20 nursing students among our 117 enrolled Cadets this year. We have two transfer nursing students in our program as well as people who joined ROTC after their freshmen year. Ten of our nursing Cadets are currently enrolled in the College of Nursing and 4 of those will graduate this year.
