Summer Statistics Series

Each year at the beginning of the first summer session, the Center for Faculty Excellence and the StatLab offer a series of three faculty development workshops: Enhancing Basic Statistical Skills for Research and Instruction, Enhancing Intermediate Statistical Skills for Research and Instruction, and Enhancing Advanced Statistical Skills for Research and Instruction.  Their purpose is to provide instruction for faculty members on topics such as research design, data collection and analysis, and statistical methods and inference that can be use for research or in an instructional setting.  Workshops include presentations, discussion and numerous hands-on-applications.
