The services offered by the Conflict Resolution and Mediation Programs are:

Mediation is a voluntary process whereby two or more parties in a dispute, with the help of a neutral third party, agree to work together to reach a mutually satisfactory solution to their dispute.

Conflict Coaching is a method of conflict management whereby a coach assists one party to a conflict to have a better understanding of the conflict they are experiencing with the goal of helping the party develop skills to engage another party constructively.

Facilitation is a process whereby a neutral third party assists two people have an effective discussion about their concerns or misunderstanding.

Shuttle mediation is a voluntary process whereby two parties in dispute are willing to reach a mutually satisfactory solution to their dispute with the help of a mediator; however, they are not willing or ready to have a joint discussion and prefer the mediator to “shuttle” between them.

Group facilitation is a process whereby a neutral third party assists a group in having an effective and efficient meeting or discussion.
