Amy Blizzard, Visiting Lecturer, joins the UNCW Department of Political Science. She is completeing her Ph.D. in Coastal Resources Management at East Carolina University. Amy also received her B.S. in Planning in 1991 from East Carolina University. Her primary interests are in coastal development policy, land use planning and natural resource management.
Also owner of Planet Brodie Productions/Blizzard consulting, specializing in land use planning, local government projects, web design and multimedia productions. PBP has several clients in north carolina local governments, small businesses and non-governmental organizations.
