Chancellor's Diversity Leadership Cabinet
The Chancellor's Diversity Leadership Cabinet (CDLC) is an advisory cabinet charged to offer support in accomplishing the stated goals for diversity and inclusion, consistent with the annual goals for the Equity and Diversity unit and the institution's diversity action plan.
2010-2011 Goals:
- Student Recruitment, Retention, and Persistence. To attract, retain, and lead to timely graduation diverse populations of students.
- Workplace Climate. To utilize climate data to identify and select areas of improvement in work climate as related to diversity.
- Diversity in the Curriculum. To increase the cultural competence and sensitivity of students.
- GLBT Concerns. To develop best practices for creating a climate that is supportive and welcoming of GLBT students, staff, faculty, and "allies".
