Employee Resource Groups

As part of ECU's committee to Diversity in the workplace, the Office for Equity and Diversity will assist in the forming and supporting the efforts of Employee Resource Groups (ERGs). Studies have shown that a feeling of connectedness to the university community helps with retention and recruitment especially in minority and women employees. Forming ERGs will help foster an environment where diverse professionals want to apply and work.
