To the ECU Community,
In Spring 2008, the Chancellor appointed a Strategic Enrollment Management Task Force charged with developing a plan to guide ECU’s efforts in enrollment management. The Task Force, composed of 33 representatives from all areas of the university, has focused its work on four critical issues affecting Strategic Enrollment Management at ECU: defining and embracing our access mission; improving student retention and graduation rates; determining effective academic program mix; and providing optimal infrastructure.
The DISCUSSION DRAFT of the Strategic Enrollment Task Force Report can be found here, and connections with UNC Tomorrow and ECU Tomorrow can be found here. I encourage you to read them and provide the Task Force your comments and suggestions. I also encourage you to attend one of the forums being held throughout October.
