Agenda Item: Selection of members to subcommittees

             The subcommittees for the various awards were chosen:

a.      Board of Governors Excellence in Teaching Award: Jantzen, Jubron

b.      Board of Governors Distinguished Professor for Teaching: Allen, Taggert

c.      University Award for Outstanding Teaching/Robert L. Jones Award for Outstanding Teaching: Baer, Boklage, Reisch, Stellwag

d.      Max Ray Joyner Award for Faculty Service Through Continuing Education: Boklage, Henning, Wolfe

e.      University Research/Creative Activity Lifetime and Five-Year Awards: Bello, Dutkova-Cope, King

Discussion: The committee discussed possible revisions to the procedure for awarding the research/creative activity awards. The topic will be discussed further at the next meeting.
