Discussion:  The committees working on the Outstanding Teaching and BOG Distinguished Teaching awards are still reviewing portfolios.

Agenda Item:  Report from Wuensch on Faculty Senate response to recommended procedures for nominating candidates for the Oliver Max Gardner Award

 

Discussion: 

 

Action Taken:  The Faculty Senate approved the recommendation without alteration.  The Chancellor has also approved.

Agenda Item:  Max Ray Joyner Award

 

Discussion:  Dr. Wuensch pointed out that Clayton Sessoms has not yet submitted a proposal for this award.

 

Action Taken:  The committees responsibilities have been met on this topic, pending the receipt of a proposal from Dr. Sessoms
