Minutes of the 11 February, 1999 meeting

 

The meeting was called to order at 1:30 and the minutes of

the meeting of 28 January were approved.

 

Ed. Powers presented the addition of EDTC to the degree in

Special Education. Ayers moved approval, Huener

seconded. The motion passed. 

 

John Whitehead presented the changes in the COAS minor.

Knickerbocker moved approval, C. Bland seconded. The

motion passed.

 

This item was withdrawn and will be on the agenda for the

next meeting.  Linda Wolf presented the package from

Anthropology. Jones moved approval, Knickerbocker

seconded. The motion passed.

 

Maury Simon presented the unbanking of POLS 3270.

Lapicki moved approval as amended, Knickerbocker

seconded. The motion passed.

 

Charles Singhas presented the request for general

education credit for BIOL 2130 & 2131. Jones moved

approval, C. Bland seconded. The motion passed.

 

Dawn Clark and Ken White presented the package form

Theatre and Dance. Knickerbocker moved approval as

amended, Graziani seconded. The motion passed.

 

Meta Downs presented the request to remove ENGL 5503

as a required cognate in the B.S. in Speech and Hearing

Sciences. Graziani moved approval, Lapicki seconded. The

motion passed.

 

Ron Graziani presented the package from the School of Art.

C. Bland moved approval, Lapicki seconded. The motion

passed.

 

Jim smith presented the request for editorial changes in the

AERO courses. Ayers moved approval, Wolfe seconded.
