Catherine Rigsby responded to the UCC resource request

A new election was held. Janice Neil and Ellen Arnold were elected as co-chairs. Cheryl Estes was re-assigned and elected as catalog secretary.

New business was a response to Lynn Davis COE. Degree and concentration revisions need to follow the procedure on page 24 of the Program Development Manual. In brief, a memo of explanation is needed, course proposals if indicated, marked and final catalog copy, and a letter of support (or at minimum, notification) from all affected departments. College of Education should bring forward their package and Health and Human Performance should bring forward their package. All necessary collaboration is encouraged and CTE needs to sign off on all curriculum changes prior to UCC submission.
