· We need to bring to the
faculty senate the graduate advising document.
The GSAB passed it in April 2010 and want it in the faculty manual with
the undergraduate advising document.
· Review other parts of Part
V including Access to student Educatinal Records,
application for Graduation, Certification, Privacy of Student Educational Records,
Re-examination, Release of Directory Information, Resale of Complimentary Texbooks and Senior Summary Sheets. Take recommendations on these items to the
faculty senate.
7. Evaluation of
the committee (include anything that hindered or assisted the
committee's work during the year).
A. Charge: No problem
B. Personnel: No problems
C. Attendance: Attendance was good, but no SGA rep.
D. Responsibilities: No problems
