Agenda Item: Report from faculty senate meeting

Discussion: The chair reported that the faculty senate approved the committee’s recommendation to reduce the number of possible lifetime achievement awards for research/creative activity to one per year.

Agenda Item: Questions

Discussion: Dorothy Muller raised a number of questions from applicants which have arisen. It was suggested that the subcommittees report on possible changes (updates, clarifications, etc.) after completing their work. Of particular concern was the issue of how to handle DE courses with respect to the video requirements of the teaching awards.
