The meeting was called to order at 3:15 pm.
Regular members Henry Ferrell (History), Ralph Scott (Academic Library Services), Elizabeth Hodge (Education), and William “Toby” Allen (Chemistry) were present.
Lori Lee was also present.
ACTIONS TAKEN:
1. The Committee elected officers for 2006-2007 by voice vote. Ferrell was elected Chair, Scott was elected Vice Chair, and Allen was elected Secretary.
2. The charge to the Committee was discussed.
3. Agenda items for the upcoming September meeting were presented. These include Proposed Revisions to the Educational Policies and Planning Committee Charge, Proposed Revisions to the Research/Creative Activity Grants Committee Charge, and Proposed Revisions to the Libraries Committee Charge.
The meeting was adjourned at 3:25 pm.
