Following
discussion, it was decided that K. Snyder will add a notice to each meeting
agenda and to the UCC webpage indicating that persons not listed on the agenda
who wish to speak at the meeting should contact the Chair prior to the start of
the meeting. The committee will notify
liaisons that if they or others from their departments/schools wish to present
their views regarding a proposal on the UCC agenda that they are welcome to do
so, and should follow the procedure mentioned above regarding speaking
privileges.
