-- Meeting called to order 3:15 p.m.

-- Rigsby moved for approval of the minutes of September 8, September 29, and October 13, 2010. Motion passed.

-- Roberts moved that Faculty Manual Part XII, Promotion and Tenure Timeline, be approved and presented at the November 2, 2010 Faculty Senate meeting. Motion passed.

-- Bailey moved that Faculty Manual Appendix C, Personnel Policies and Procedures for the Faculty of ECU, be approved and presented at the November 2, 2010 Faculty Senate meeting. Motion passed.

-- Meeting adjourned 5:22 p.m.
