Present: Wilson, Roberts, Gilliland, Payne, Hughes, Rigsby, Horns, Ingalls, Mageean, Zoller, Sheerer, Walker

The meeting was called to order by Vice Chair Wilson at 3:05 PM.

Minutes of the November 11, 2009 meeting were approved.

Discussions continued on Appendix C and D in connection with the inclusion of Scholarship/Outreach/Engagement. It was agreed that Ken Wilson will take our discussion back to Beth Velde for her comments and suggestions.
