John Chinn reported on a number of issues regarding the Conflict of Interest policy and associated proposed forms.

Minutes of previous meeting were approved.

PM reported on Faculty Senate meeting of previous day.

Committee continued discussion of Appendix C. After considerable discussion the document was approved as amended.
