Faculty Governance Committee Meeting

Present: Bailey, Gilliland, Horns, Mageean, Martinez (chair), Hughes, Roberts, Ingalls, Murphy, Wilson, Rigsby, Sheerer.

The meeting was called to order by chair Martinez at 3:07 PM.

Moved (Martinez) “Unit Administrators will provide candidates for Tenure and/or Promotion with copies of their external review letters.” The motion passed.

Moved (Gililand) “Approval of revised Appendix B for presentation to the Faculty Senate after making editorial changes to B to address editorial concerns raised by Murphy or Ingalls.” The motion passed.

Moved (Martinez) “Approval of the revisions to Appendix D II.” The motion passed.

The meeting was adjourned at 4:56 PM.
