The September 16, 2009 meeting minutes were approved.

Zoller moved for approval of ECU Faculty Manual Appendix D II as amended by the committee. Motion passed.

Zoller moved for approval of ECU Faculty Manual Appendix D IV as amended by the committee. Motion passed.

Gilliland moved for approval of ECU Faculty Manual Appendix D V as amended by the committee. Motion passed.

Wilson moved for approval of ECU Faculty Manual Appendix D VI as amended by the committee. Motion passed.

Zoller moved for approval of ECU Faculty Manual Appendix D VII as amended by the committee. Motion passed.

The next meeting of the committee is scheduled for 3 p.m., October 14, 2009 in Rawl 142.
