Unanimous vote for commencing with executive session.

RCAG proposals given initial ranking

Action Taken:

Individual scores from members were collected and tabulated. Scores were then given an initial ranking.

RCAG finalizes list to be sent to Vice Chancellor

Discussion:

None

Action Taken:

Initial ranking was discussed and votes were cast to break a tied score. All proposals scored 3 or higher will be sent to the Vice Chancellor. The final list was ranked by overall committee score.

Assigned additional duties to:

Carmine Scavo will send list on to Vice Chancellor.

Agenda Item:

Provide feedback to individuals who submitted proposals

Discussion:

A vote was taken and it was decided that all faculty, regardless of funding status, will be provided with feedback on their proposal.

Action Taken:

Committee members will send feedback to Carmine Scavo via email.

Assigned additional duties to:

Carmine Scavo will send collect, organize, and return feedback to those who submitted proposals.

ITEMS TO BE DISCUSSED:  The RCAG committee has decided to have an additional meeting this year to discuss aspects of evaluation, scoring, and ranking of proposals in future years.
