Agenda Item: Financial Aid policies

Discussion: Financial Aid policies were discussed with representatives from the financial aid office.

Action Taken: n/a

Agenda Item: 1 financial aid appeal

Discussion: This appeal was approved for one full-time semester (summer I and II). The student must have satisfactory progress and pass upper division classes. If the student does, then the committee will reconsider future aid.

Action Taken: 1 granted

Agenda Item: Late drop

Discussion: All 5 tabled appeals are waiting for additional documentation. In one of the denied appeals the committee would like to refer the student to the counseling center

Action Taken: 12 – granted, 14 – denied, 5 – tabled
