Discussion: 2 of the requests were conditionally approved in the event that the students provide further documentation. Another 2 requests were not heard because a separate request made the suspension unnecessary.

III. Agenda Item: Retroactive Withdrawal

Discussion: 1 request was denied but the committee wanted to check for evidence of the last date of attendance. The tabled item was not heard and was referred to administration.
