ACTIONS OF MEETING
Agenda Item: Approval of Feb. 26th Minutes
Discussion: Yong Wang requested that his
name be added to those attending the Scholarship Weekend Event.
Action Taken: His name will be added to the Annual Report for those who attended
Scholarship Weekend. The minutes were
approved.

Agenda Item: Summer Meeting
Discussion: Due to the fact that we have not received the scholarship information
from Financial Aid, an additional meeting will be necessary to make the final
scholarship decisions. This will most
likely occur in the 1st Summer Session.
Action Taken: It was decided that we will schedule a meeting as soon as all of the
information is available and make the scholarship decisions.
Assigned
additional duties to: Brent Henze will contact all the members of
the committee when the information is available and set a meeting date. Those who cannot attend the meeting will
submit their rankings by e-mail.

Agenda Item: Annual Report
Discussion: Brent submitted the Annual
Report for approval. There was a brief
discussion about what items will carry over to next year. Minor changes were suggested.
Action Taken: The Report was approved with a
few minor changes; an incorrect date was changed and once we confirm who
attended the 2007 Scholarship Weekend event, those names will be added to the
report.
