Minutes of the University Budget Committee

Meeting Date: April 15, 2010

Regular Members Present: Tim Gavin, Scott MacGilvray, Todd Fraley, Don Palumbo, John Given

Ex-officio Members Present: Gary Vanderpool, Wanda Sandeford, Anne Jenkins (for Kevin Seitz), Joe Gaddis, Travis Poole

Meeting was called to order by Chairman Tim Gavin.

Agenda Items:

1. Preparation of annual report to the Faculty Senate, and Recommendations to the Chancellor:

The draft documents of both the Annual Report and Recommendations to the Chancellor were presented to the committee by Chairman Gavin. Discussions on the content and appropriate revisions were made to put the documents into final form for submission. All present were in agreement on the contents of both finalized documents.

Meeting was adjourned at 4:45pm as the business of the committee had been completed.
